What is family support?
Parenting can be a difficult job at every stage of child rearing. We aim to support all those involved in parenting who may need advice, guidance or who just need a chat.
Áiseanna na hÓige with support from TUSLA provide a free, one-to one, private and confidential service which can be provided through English or Irish. Supports can be provided through the MEITHEAL framework which is a way of working with children and their families to identify and respond to their strengths and needs in a timely way. Examples of the challenges Meitheal could help with are:
Family Support on a 1:1 basis where we can assist you to access other services for you or your children, such as play therapy, counselling and other services.
