Kitchen Facilities

Our kitchen has been designed in line with Food safety regulations and standards. Our equipment is top of the range and of high quality. Our menu is planned to be nutritious and of high quality. It provides variety and aims to cater for all children attending the centre. Special dietary requirements can be catered for. 

We review our menu regularly and ask for the children’s input to ensure we are providing them with what they like. All of our meals are prepared and cooked freshly by staff who are HACCP trained. Our suppliers are local and reputable and we only provide fully traceable, Irish, fresh meat.

Our centre is a Nut-Free Zone and this is carefully adhered to by kitchen staff when preparing food to ensure the safety of all our children. Children attending the centre are asked not to bring any foods containing nuts to the centre. 

 Meals can be ordered for any child attending the centre- this can be done by completing the request form below and returning it to a staff member.
